3. Rebuild Web Sites
   Rebuild all Web sites after modification of the user Web page templates

4. Generate Reminder E-mails to Clients

Note: Default record status for new records is currently set to "Active". However you can have it set to "Inactive" if you like. Only "Active" records are searchable by the public.
